A public listing is the end of a long preparation, not the start of one. Long before any filing, a business has to look like a listed company from the inside: clean and consistently prepared financials, a defensible corporate structure, resolved related-party and promoter matters, real governance, and management information a board and a regulator can rely on.
Our IPO readiness work is that preparation. We assess where the business stands against what capital market participation demands, set out the gaps honestly, and work through them with you — financial reporting discipline, corporate and secretarial housekeeping, governance structures, internal controls, and the equity story that has to hold up to scrutiny.
We also support businesses that are not heading for a listing but need the same institutional readiness for private equity, strategic investors or a long-term expansion plan. To be explicit: we advise and facilitate. We cannot and do not guarantee IPO approval, any valuation, subscription levels or investment returns, and regulated activities are undertaken only through appropriately registered intermediaries.
